FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Can I start looking for accommodation before I arrive?
Yes. Many clients contact us before they travel. Send us your destination, dates, budget and preferences, and we’ll explain how we can help remotely. We always recommend never paying a deposit for a property that you, or someone you trust, hasn’t verified.
Do you help with student and Erasmus accommodation?
Yes. We help students look for rooms, shared flats, student residences and studios, for a semester, a full academic year or longer.
Can I combine housing and relocation services?
Yes. You can select several services in one enquiry, and we’ll give you a single point of contact for your housing search and documentation questions.
Which locations do you cover?
We’re based in Madrid, but we’re not limited to it. Tell us the city or area you’re moving to, or mark your location as flexible, and we’ll explain how we can help.
How much do your services cost?
Fees depend on the services and scope you need. We explain them clearly before you decide to proceed. Sending an enquiry doesn’t commit you to anything.
How quickly will you reply?
We review every enquiry individually and contact you as soon as we can using your preferred contact method. We don’t currently promise a fixed response time.
What is the difference between the NIE and the TIE?
For moves to Spain: the NIE (Número de Identidad de Extranjero) is your personal foreigner identification number. The TIE (Tarjeta de Identidad de Extranjero) is the physical residence card issued to many non-EU nationals staying for more than six months, and it shows your NIE. EU citizens usually receive a registration certificate instead. We can explain the general process; official requirements are set by the Spanish authorities and can change.
Do you provide visa or immigration advice?
We provide general information about visa-related processes and help you understand which documents are typically involved. We are not lawyers or registered immigration advisers, and we do not submit applications on your behalf. For legal advice, we will recommend you consult a qualified professional.
Do you guarantee accommodation, visas or appointments?
No. Rental availability changes constantly, and visa decisions and official appointments depend on the authorities. We offer honest, practical support, but we cannot guarantee any outcome.
